Sensei Cruz is a 4th degree black belt with more than 30 years of training experience in Karate- Do. As a young man, he trained under Sensei Yasuyoshi Saito (Chief Instructor of Japan Karate- Do International). He was taught Shotokan Karate-Do which is one of the oldest, most popular and recognized styles of karate worldwide.

Sensei Cruz believes you have to work patiently to discover and develop great potentials that every student has. As a karate instructor, it's his duty and privilege to teach them and to help them make their first steps on the path to leadership. His mission is to teach, motivate and inspire those who have chosen karate as a path for positively transforming their lives, through continuous and dedicating training.
